We also provide a modern, full service department which is responsive to the community and its needs. We furthermore work toward making a major contribution to improving the quality of life in Rantoul.

Chief of Police Position

The Village of Rantoul, Illinois is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Chief of Police. Rantoul has a population of 13,000 within 7.24 square miles and is centrally located between Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis. The Chief of Police is appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Village Board and reports to the Village Administrator.
