Registration is done by simply completing and submitting a form that describes the property type. The Owner Occupied Exemption form is for property where the owner resides as their principle residence. Rental Registration & Inspection Application applies to all residential rental property. The Vacant Residential Property Registration form applies to residential property that will be vacant for 30 days or more.
