CHILD CARE

Kendric Davis Playroom is available to our members and daily pass holders. Children may stay up to 90-minutes while you enjoy your workout.

• For children ages 6-months to 10 years.
• No food or drinks allowed in playroom.
• Parents must remain in FORUM Fitness Center.
• 90-minute time limit.
• Please note we do not change diapers.

Children do not need a membership but do need to be added onto your account. Please stop at our front desk and allow time on your first visit to Kendric Davis playroom.
